CEO + President

Rob Hollars is the C.E.O. and President of our company. He is well respected in the community and you will find him to be forthright, honest, and always ready to help if he is able to do so.

Operations Manager

Elise Lindgram is our Operations Manager and Second in Command. Elise is extremely knowledgeable in all things pertaining to office management, construction, HR, and employee relations.

Project Managers

Our Project Managers are Andy Sites, Cal Thompson, and Matt Griffin. One of these three will be the manager of your job and your “go-to guy.” If you need assistance or direction with your job, materials, or Walmart construction management– Andy, Cal, or Matt should be the first person you should reach out to.

Safety + Compliance Manager

Jon Sage is our Safety and Compliance Manager. He is knowledgeable and capable to assist in handling any issue you come up against regarding incidents, accidents, do’s and don’ts, as well as questions about the company or procedures in general. Jon will also assign initial and ongoing trainings.

Bids + IT

Jake Lindgram handles much of the bidding process and is also a terrific resource for IT/Computer needs and questions.

Office Staff

Brittany Patterson and Joanne Jarvis round up our office staff, and are here to help with questions or problems with onboarding, Paychex, HR, insurance, employee expenses, and hotel and travel arrangements.
